Legacy System Modernization ("we," "us," or "our") runs this website and the free assessment it offers. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you request an assessment. Our assessment form asks for details like your name, email, company name, and information about your system: its stack, your goals, timeline, rough budget, and anything else you choose to share. You can also upload files if you want to. You decide how much to tell us. Only your name and email are required.
Automatically. Like most websites, our host may log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. If we use privacy-respecting analytics, it's to understand which content is useful, not to track you around the web.
This site is meant for a business audience, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
How we use it
- To respond to your assessment request and talk with you about your system.
- To provide, and follow up on, the services you ask about.
- To improve the website and our content.
We do not sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers below who help us run the site, and only as much as they need to do that job.
Who processes your data
- Formspree handles our form submissions and forwards them to us by email, so your form data passes through their systems.
- Netlify hosts the website and may process basic server logs.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices. We pick providers we trust, but we don't control their policies.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment requests and related correspondence for as long as we're working together, or as long as we reasonably need them to follow up, and then we delete them. Ask us anytime and we'll remove your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've given us. Just email marc@aces4hire.com. If you're somewhere with privacy laws like GDPR or CCPA, we honor those rights regardless of where you are.
Cookies
This is a static site with no advertising trackers. If we ever add analytics or embed something that uses cookies, we'll say so here first.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date above. Anything material will be clear on this page.
