Terms of Use
Effective date: July 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website, run by Legacy System Modernization ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
This is an informational website and a way to request a free, no-obligation assessment of your legacy system. Reading the site or submitting the assessment form does not create a consulting agreement or any obligation on either side. Any actual work would be covered by a separate written agreement.
The free assessment
The assessment is genuinely free and carries no obligation. We'll give you our honest read, including when we think a rewrite or a project isn't worth it. Nothing on this site guarantees a specific outcome, and the general information here isn't a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.
Your submission
When you send us information through the form, you confirm it's yours to share and that you're allowed to share it. Please don't upload anything unlawful, or anything containing secrets you aren't free to disclose. We handle what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, design, and materials on this site are ours, or used with permission. You're welcome to read them and share links to them. Please don't copy, republish, or resell the content as your own.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is." We don't promise it will always be current, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its general information. This doesn't limit anything that can't be limited by law.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other websites for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
